What’s for Lunch Today?

  1. Smoothie 

    Frozen banana, blueberries, strawberries, unsweetened almond milk

  2. Overnight Oats

    Oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, almond butter, almond milk, pinch of salt

  3. Homemade Juice

  4. Banana, Oranges

  5. Water Bottle (I try to drink 2 during the work day, 1.5 liters)

  • Everything was prepped on Sunday so it only took a minute to pack before work today.  

  • Big batch of overnight oats will be good for 2 meals.  

  • Made a big smoothie yesterday so I had one for breakfast yesterday and one for today.
