Spending some time on the weekend buying the right ingredients and doing some simple food prepping makes it so much easier to eat healthy all week long. I encourage all of my patients to try to eat a higher percentage of a whole-food plant-based diet. Try making gradual changes which will have a multitude of health benefits.
